Plascon Warranty is outstanding

My external wall paint started peeling after 2 years of application. I logged a warranty reference 954480 and was assigned a wonderfyl lady named Lucia Kekana who was handling the case. She was very friendly, professional and by the looks of it very passionate about her work and showed alot of empathy in dealing with my case. She timeously kept me up to date with the progress of the claim and after the warranty was honoured made arrangements to deliver the paint at my home. I would like to express my gratitude to Lucia and the plascon team for such an effortless and painless way of dealing with my case, to you it might have just been a job but to me it was more of a human connection and kindness which I will forever hold dear to my Heart. Thank you so much and from this day forward I will only and forever use Plascon knowing that should something go wrong that I will not need to worry.
