Plascon True Colour

A week ago, I reached out to Plascon through their website to express my disappointment with their True Colour Fresh White paint.I have not received any feedback. Despite their promise, the paint has proven to be extremely fragile, easily removable with a wet cloth. During winter humidity the walls appear damp, accentuating the imperfections the actual reason why you paint is to freshen up the room and cover up and also you can see all the in the plastering previously done on the wall. I'm extremely unhappy with the results and would advise against purchasing this product when discovering these results I have done my own researched and I'm surprised they haven't recalled the paint .
