PLASCON PAINTS HELP LINE

Good day. I sent a request for help to plascon on March 3rd. (contact us tab). I received a reply within minutes that they confirm receipt and someone will contact me. I am still waiting. I do not know why companies put the contact us tab on their websites. These are seldom responded to. They could use the data space for something else. By further example, i sent an email for contact to fattis & monies. I still await a reply 6 years later.
