Plascon Micatex - shocking quality paint

I finished building my house in 2015 and decided to repaint it in mid-2018. The first time I used Laminin's paint, which was of a very high quality. For the repaint we decided to use Micatex, as it came in exactly the right colour and the salesman at Builders Corner in Bloemfontein, assured us that the Plascon paint was of a very high quality and that they gave something like a 10 year guarantee.

Now a year later, I realize that the only guarantee they give is that there is paint in the container and nothing else. I managed to get the local representative, Steven out to my house. He did several tests and took samples of the paint that was cracking and falling off. He said that they will do some tests and let me know about the guarantee process. Well, I haven't heard from him since, despite several calls and messages sent.

I guess it just proves it, the only guarantee is that there is paint in the container. That's how far the guarantee goes.
