Plascon micatex Poor quality & Terrible customer service

Plascon Micatex is has not delivered on their promise , only 4 years and the paint has faided terribly. I contacted customer service with regards to warranty/Guarntee and my case was handed to Lucia who has not been helpful at all, she ignores my calls and never returns them. Two months now I’m trying to get hold of her -No Avail I called her with a different number and she answered told me to email my slips which I did on the 18th of October . Still no Response.... I am disgusted at her lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Is Plascon customer centric? I don’t see it in your employees !
