Plascon

We had our entire home painted by a "plascon approved applicator". It looked lovely until we had our first winter rain. On one of the north facing walls the paint literally burst open in a few places. A technical expert from Plascon came to see what the problem was and obviously it was not their product. He was so rude to us and so was the contractor. We were threatened with legal action if we were to mention anyone's name. It is now almost six years later, which is half of the Plascon guarantee and our home looks disgusting!! We have cracks all over. The pa****t walls have a luminous green and yellow fungus growing on them. We never had moss flowers growing on our roof, but we do now. Because of the paint cracking we have leaks in our home. There is mold growing on our celling. I contacted another technical expert from Plascon. All they do is give you a 17 pg document telling you how they are not responsible. The contractor also did not lodge the guarantee, although he bought the paint so Plascon basically told me I don't have a leg to stand on. I should have never painted my house. It looks worse than it was before it was painted. Inside and out
