Plascon Customer Service

I recently posted a review rating Plascon 1-star due to the paint blistering. Plascon was very quick to reply and then phoned me within 20mins and the next day a representative was at my house. He took the time to walk me through the whole house with explanations and he was very understanding and helpful. He agreed to supply me with the same paint to get the issue resolved and told me what to do to resolve permanently. I raise my hat to Plascon customer service for following coming through and showing that they are one of very few companies that still value the consumers.
