Passing the buck

<p>We purchased crown micotex exterior paint from Builders Mananba, first batch was good, second batch had problem, after a lot of effort, a rep was sent to check the batch, he found it to be faulty, but instad of accepting responsability for the poor quailty paint, it now has to be referrred to a lab, So 4 weeks later we still cannot complete the job for the client who now has cancelled on us </p> <p>This is a new business with very little cash flow, it is very sad that big corparation can crash on trying to make a living, if the product is of inferior quality own up and replace it without all this BS.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
