Old paint

Bought Plascon Polvin at Leroy. Got home and the paint was lumpy / gel like. Took it back and discovered that this batch was all lumpy. There was oddly no manufacture or expiry dates. Looks like the tins were filled with old paint and no dates put on to conceal the deed.
