Off paint

I have purchased 3 (20L) pva paint from Makro. My contracted had painted with the first bucket and the paint isn't holding onto the walls, upon checking the second bucket I had noticed the paint is expired/off which possibly would of caused the error with the walls not catching. 1 bucket is finished 1 bucket is opened but not touched 1 bucket is sealed This dele a has caused me a big loss due to me having had to pay someone for painting. I have emailed plascon on 1 Nov 2021 and received no feedback.

Please inform me how we can go about with this issue urgently as my building is now left vacant due to your paints.
