No service, No Feedback, Poor product!

Purchased Plascon Roof paint and after the first rain we had 2 weeks ago, the water from the roof if foaming, like a bubble bath!!! Have called Plascon Krugersdorp, they will send someone out to have a look... still waiting... They do not reply to emails, messages and you get pushed from one store to the other... No service and terrible product!
