Never again Plascon
<p>We normally use Dulux paints, but I liked the colour and decided to use Plascon. Never, never,never again. All preperations were done, walls washed with sugar soap, wiped clean again, and left to dry. Now we can start painting. Four coats later and now only we have an even colour. Dulux, two coats and you are done. Tried phoning the helpline, and you hold and hold and hold. No thank you. I will stick to Dulux.</p>

10 Aug 2017, 15:18Thank you for your response. On Friday, 4 Aug 2017, I received a call from Steve Wilson regarding our problem. He made an appointment to come and see us on 7 Aug 2017. Steve had a look at the problem and although we could not determan what the cause was, followed through with some more investigation on the samples they have. On Thurday 10 Aug 2017, I received a call from him again, and although they could not find anything wrong with their lab samples, Plascon undertook to help us with some paint to fix the problem.
Thank you Plascon and espesialy Steve for the assistance and help you provided us with. The info you gave us, the open manner you approuched us with and the way you kept us informed meant alot. This is not something that happens often.
After this experiance, I have changed my mind, and will use Plascon Paints again.
