KANSAI PLASCON: PATHETIC SERVICE

An absolutely pathetic experience dealing with an organisation that has lost the plot when it comes to customer service.

Plascon employee's are under the impression that they are doing favours to their clients but are confusing this with their job description.

Sad too that the CEO would rather side with *********** staff than listen to clients and remedy accordingly.

And when sales figures are bad...You want to blame the economy? Look at the ********** manner in which you conduct your business first.
