Customer service non existent. Useless Company

Most useless company I’ve ever come across, they can’t even answer a call when you call. I called Plascon Cape Town desperately needing advice on one of their paints I couldn’t get from stores. I was “first on the line” when I called for about 8 minutes with no one answering the phone. I had to call Johannesburg head office to get assistance while I’m in Cape Town. I then looked at their reviews and I was not surprised, it explained it.
