Complaint

The customer is not following the instructions and not stirring the paint thoroughly these are the predictable excuses Plascon's technical assessor threw at me relentlessly as I was some uneducated layman who was trying to harm the reputation of a fantastic paint company. Well guess what Plascon is over priced and their quality sucks. They hang on to their reputation that's all which is fading away. See for yourself the reviews they get on line. It is precribed to me not to compare paints as i am not applying Micatex thuck enough and i don't know what it means to mix paint and that those mixing shaking machines are not good enough to mix Plascon Micatex as it shpuld. After spending almost R3000 on paint and labour it is argued by Plascon that i would need more drums of paint to ccover my walls better. What a money making business! The lady who came out to my house from the on set had all her amunition to blame me for a paint that is so thin and has a poor spread rate. Get more paint spend more money and pur 12 year guarantee is to midlead our customers and sell our products. I am so unhappy but there is no compensation from Plascon and nobody has resolved my complaint in a satisfactory manner.
