Bad service

Good day, hope u guys are well, I bought paint at buco in town center mitchells plain for the price of R309. 00, plascon brand paramount paint 20lt white last month, nd last month in the last two weeks I started to paint white for a border on top off dulux weatherguard karoo land, 3days later it started raining nd the paint rained off nd made bubbles, I made contact with plascon about there product, well they phned and made an appointment, right I was contacted by a lady who is the agent to come see to my query, I was told she can't come because it's raining I understand there must be test done ect, I told her when I bought the paint I didnt log a call nd ask to test the paint, stil today the lady comes there was warm days last week even today, I send them a email saying I am very disappointed in thre services can I hve the area manager's number so I can speak to him no reply so guys rather don't buy any plascon products as they do not keep there service promises and yet I knw how it works as I worked at game in the paint dept been at plascon at training, I was trained to mix paint yet the lady want to spin a story
