BAD INFO FROM PLASCON

I recently sent an email to Plascon asking for advice on painting melamine. I was informed they do not have a product that can be used for that purpose. So imagine my surprise when I found 2 Plascon products at Builders that can be used. Maybe Plascon should retrain their employees to improve their service. Or maybe the person was just to lazy to help?
