Plarium - Raid: Shadow Legends - very bad customer service

Plarium has turned out to be one of the gaming companies with the worst respond time and just as bad service.

I have been attempting to recover my account that I played with and spent money since 13 December 2024, I received 1 email asking for additional information and screenshots of my purchases that I have rep**** to on the same day. I have sent follow up emails since then and have not received any further communication to date.

Plarium does not publicly provide a general contact phone number, only online applications and emails which they do not respond to.
