Not replying to queries. Passing queries on to people with no.knowledge of problem. Bad developmental practices

We bought a home in a complex that was developed by Plantrust. The builder took more than a year to build our house. Our house was standing still for.more than a month. After we habe made progress payments. After contacting the builder and hearing every excuse possible we concated the developer. He ignored us and did not answer our questions. Also full of excuses. After seeing a loir and giving a few facts and threats he was very quick to come back to us. He payed a few months rent. We agreed to a move in date. The day we had to move in our house was still not finished. Three weeks later and our house is still not probaly painted on the outside. The one side of our house is still not plasterd accorsing to the plans and no favias. After again asking the builder and no respnse we turned to the developer. He ignored us once again. His secreatry responded. After sending an e-mail again his accountant contacted us. Still not getting answers as to why our wall can not be plasterd and facias put up. So our roof can blow away and it can rain in. We must be satisified to live in a half house. We can not get answers to when this will be done as we get ignored by everyone at Plantrust and by the builder!!
