Poor plants from plantlife SA

Despite reaching out to Plantlife ZA after discovering a newly purchased Monstera Albo for R1800 had root rot and was not well rooted they did not reply nor take any action to assist. I have done some further research ámongst the plant community, and found that this isnt a once off issue and they like to remove negative comments instead of addressing them, so I'll be surprised if this one stays up (but there are many other avenues to create awareness in public forums)
