Outstanding Refund Request for machine that was never delivered

We would like to caution industry members to exercise due diligence when dealing with Plant Index. In our experience, payment was made for a Cone Crusher rental which was never delivered. Despite numerous follow-ups and undertakings, the rental amount remains unpaid, with only the lowbed transport costs having been refunded.
