I have been searching for the Elderberry tree to buy in South Africa, like forever. . . Most places that came up through my searching were places from overseas. Within the country, I would find those selling elderberry leaves. It was a frustrating experience because I wanted the plant itself, not a twig, seed, or leaves, I wanted a live plant.

I sent emails to several plant shops in Gauteng, mostly kindly rejected me and when I was about to lose hope, PlantFarm responded. You can never imagine my joy. The plant was way cheaper than I expected and their turnaround time for delivery was way too quick.

A few hours after that, they sent me a WhatsApp message informing me of the day and time in which they propose to deliver and enquired if the day and time is suitable. I found that very special. Some companies just deliver only to miss or find no one at home.
