Poor workmanship on shutters

After 3 months of paying 90% of monies as per agreement and after two times of having shutters installed at my home we are still with poor workmanship shutters. Last fitment was done on Wednesday last week. They failed to produced goods as per the show we attended and they ones at Lionel home. Materials that were delivered to my home is all wapped and they blamed this on moisture in transit. My home became a fabrication workshop with all modification done on site. We asked twice for a refund which Heinrich refused to settle but sends his team to rectify. They failed to deliver in 21 days from accepting quote. On Friday last week a Team member visited me at my home around 16 hoo to sort problems out. All I demanded a refund. In Durban we have at present the east coast radio garden and home show. Attended this show today ,Lionel and Justin called security to have me removed from show because they felt threaten. They failed to do so. Will be posting this on the East Coast Radio House and garden page now. I have been offered a voucher to a five star hotel and further discount to accept goods by Justin and Heinrich . Also said that I am one of the few Indians that could afford this.

Hello Jeethan86,

Those that know the Plantation Shutters brand and our way of working will know that there is clearly more to the abovementioned situation than can be documented in this type of forum. What we can confirm is that we have reached a mutually agreeable position with the client in terms of which the dispute has been resolved. Sadly we were pre-warned against accepting the order from this client, so we are happy that we can now move on and do what we do best, which is install premium shutters in clients homes with passion and professionalism that sets us apart.
