Poor Quality Grass

Last year Nov/Dec Diane laid about 400sq of grass on our new property and did some landscaping. She said that she de-****ed and treated the ground for all sorts of ****s and that when the grass will be laid we would have absolutely no issues. It is now March and our lawn is ridden with ****s and is infested with crickets that almost half of the lawn is dying. I have tried calling, sending whatsapps and emailing Diane but she ignores all of my attempts to get hold of her. After paying a hefty price for the lawn and landscaping, I am utterly disappointed and unprofessional she is and would not recommend her services to anyone!!
