Unsure of company and poor poor communication

Did not have a pleasant experience with this company, communication is terrible and does not respond back, leaves a client in the dark. Don't enjoy companies that don't have the respect to reply at all. It makes a person feel that they don't have the products that can back their company and rather does not reply.
