Rather just throw your money in the bin.

If you want to be treated like a idiot, they are the guys to deal with.

Shipping was slow. The order was confirmed on the 12th and only received a week later on the 19th.

On arrival, I was quite excited to test out my new 4" RAM duct fan and 4" RAM filter. Boy, was I disappointed. The fan was rated at 200 cmh, and the filter was rated at 170 cmh. I only needed about 120 cmh.... if lucky, I was maybe getting 50 cmh.

I took two short videos of it blowing a packet with the filter off and the filter on which I sent to the two whatsapp numbers supp****, hoping they could tell me where I went wrong. The one number never bothered replying to my messages while the other told me that it is completely normal, but they would contact the supplier and give me feedback. They got back to me two days later after I enquired if they had had any success.

They informed me that they supplier says its operating normally and is delivering 170 cmh.

I then took a more scientific approach to try and show how little air was being moved. I made a simple flow indicator and turned the fan onto a speed setting of 1, which is 165 cmh... I then set it onto setting 2, which is 200 cmh. I then put on the filter, and it dropped down to maybe 50 cmh. I then sent this video through. Again, they tell me the supplier says that it is 170 cmh. It physically could not be as I showed them on the airflow meter what 165 cmh looked like, and now it is easily one-third of that. So, according to the supplier and Living plant I must just be stupid and not know what 170 cmh is meant to look like.

They then offered to refund the fan as they don't accept carbon filters back. I must just ship it to them, and they will do the refund. I paid to ship it here now, I must pay to ship back only half the items. It also does not solve my problem, I still need something that does at least 120 cmh.

I asked if I should maybe get a fan with a higher blowing pressure. I was then again told it is 170 cmh. Which it is not. So at the end of the day I must just be wrong, they are right and I am wrong.

It has been a constant back and forth. They keep telling me it is right, but I can see that it is not.
