Wouldn't use them in the future.

I rented a cherry picker based on their advice but wasn't safe to use at that particular site so they recommended another one which wasn't safe either based on their own driver's advice but they nevertheless charged me full price even though it was their recommendation. Wouldn't use them in the future.
