We rented a bulldozer for a dam construction project, and while the machine itself was in decent condition, the operator provided by the company made the entire experience frustrating. He showed up late both days, worked at an inconsistent pace, and didn’t seem fami**** with the site plan we had already shared. We lost valuable time having to constantly redirect and repeat instructions. The rental itself could have been smooth, but the operator’s lack of professionalism really set the project back.
