We recently rented several dump trucks

We recently rented several dump trucks from Plant Index for our mining project, and overall, it was a very good experience. The service team was professional, communication was clear, and delivery was right on schedule — which we really appreciated given our tight operational timelines.

The equipment itself was in great condition and performed well for the most part. However, we did experience a breakdown with one of the trucks on site, and unfortunately, the response time for attending to the issue was longer than expected. It took more than a day before a technician arrived, which caused some downtime at the mine.

While this one incident was disappointing, everything else about the rental process — from booking to pickup — was smooth and well-managed. If response times on breakdowns can be improved, this would easily be a 5-star service.
