We hired for the first time

We hired for the first time from your company and I have to say we were impressed with booking the machine , no faff. Unfortunately the hire rep couldn’t meet us for the handover so we did a virtual walk around which wasn’t a problem. We did have a small issue getting the boom to engage but a phone call to tech support sorted that out. It was more getting used to the machine than it being a mechanical problem. The unit itself was in very good condition and was perfect for the task . I wound definitely hire from you again.
