VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT
NO SERVICE NO REFUND - please NEVER USE THEM i hire a Bobcat/TLB on the 4th of April , paid R 12,535.00. it was never delivered . i asked for my refund and was paid R4000 last week. Anthony will keep on giving excuses and promises that your refund will reflect in your account. it is also strange that the operational address is very suspect/questionable: PO Box 790 Persang valley road, Plattenburg Bay, when they confirmed to me that they are based in Benoni. no physical address for Benoni.

Your order took time to fulfill as we had to swap the Bobcat you ordered to a TLB due to the other machinery being too small to use as discussed with your foreman. We never charged you an extra fee for this swap as this was done in efforts to assist you given your predicament on site. You couldn't wait for our TLB hence you decided to cancel, we've made partial refund to assist you on securing another machine as our usual turnaround time for refunds is 7-10 working days. However, we'll have this matter settled in the morning tomorrow.
