very unhappy

I hired a 40 ton Excavator and 4 dump trucks from them, their service is amazing and machines well maintained. However, their operators are hard headed - stubborn human beings barely working the 9 hour shifts as agreed on our hire agreement. This costed me almost 39 hours overall within a month and if you're fami**** with the rates you should know that's a lot if money! but i'm still being charged :( i'm quite unhappy with this!
