very disappointed

The unit we hired was required was required to be delivered on a Wednesday, it did not arrive unit 12.15m on the Thursday, which meant we incurred additional costs elsewhere. Plant Index even charged us for the Thursday and half day Friday and on top of delivery charges they also charged us delivery charge. I contacted Plant Index to query the costs and no one has yet returned my call On this occasion very disappointed :(
