UNRELIABLE SERVICE & UNFULFILLED REFUND

I strongly advise against doing business with Plant Index due to their complete lack of professionalism and failure to deliver on their promises.

I initially hired a machine from them in December 2024, but it was never delivered. After following up multiple times, I gave them another chance in March 2025, when they once again assured me that the machine would be delivered—yet, once again, it never arrived.

After failing to provide the service I paid for, they promised to refund me with an additional 10% for standing time. However, two weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund with no clear response from them.

This company is completely unreliable, and I strongly warn others not to deal with them. Their failure to deliver and process refunds is unacceptable, and I hope this review helps others avoid the frustration and loss I have experienced.
