UNPROFFESIONAL
WORST EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES LITERALLY. WE ORDERED FROM THESE PEOPLE IN AUGUST, ITS AL,MOST NOVEMBER YET IM STILL BEGGING FOR MONEY THAT'S OWED TO THE COMPANY I WORK FOR. WE HAD HIRED A MACHINE WHICH THEY HAD FAILED TO DELVER NOW WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR REFUND, MR A.......

As mentioned during our previous communication, 90% of the refund was processed and paid back to you directly. The remaining balance R 3 000 relates to the transport portion, which is handled by the transport provider. 29 Oct 2025, 09:53How can you guys tell me that's the transportation fee when on the agreement contract you guys had given us doesn't state that is transportation fee. nor does it state that there are other parties involved in this . the agreement was between AFRICA STEEL AND TUBE AND PLANT INDEX now you want to come tell me that there is a transport handler involved ? and the money will be in on their terms. i want this fixed by today Ive given you guys more than a month if its not fixed by today. i will be taking this further and to bigger platforms ANTHONY
