Unhappy Customer

It's been a whole week since their 50 Ton Excavator broke down on site. I'm losing nearly R13K daily due to other plant now standing on site. What happened to "We SUPPORT our plant within 48 hours", Plant Index? or was that just a sales technic? Very unhappy
