Total waste of time and money.

Rented a bulldozer for a weekend project and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. First off, the machine arrived a day late, which threw off my entire schedule. When it finally showed up, it looked like it had been through a war zone—dented panels, leaking hydraulic fluid, and caked-on mud from a previous job.

Even worse, the engine kept stalling after 2 days of use. I called customer service multiple times, but each time I was either put on hold indefinitely or promised a callback that never happened.

When I asked for a partial refund due to the delays and unusable equipment, they flat-out refused, saying the "equipment was operational upon delivery"—which was a complete lie.

Total waste of time and money.
