They dont provide support for their machines

I hired an Excavator for a month, the machine only worked for 2 weeks and has been on breakdown for the last 4 days. Lose of production is an understatement the client wants to cancel my order and Plant Index keep taking me from Pillar to post but nothing is happening on site. My client gave me today as the last, and wont take my nonsense moving forward. Please just swap this machine or fix it. Poor service.
