Terrible experience, waste of time and money

I was looking for a company to assist in breaking rocks and needed an excavator, I searched on the internet for a company to assist and caught hold of plant index .I had paid for an excavator with a packer for seven days in full in August. Till today they haven't finished the job. They take your money and keep promising and making people look an idiot. I left a message for their director to call about 2 weeks now . No one has reached out to resolve this . Even today they keep promising please look for another company , this one is full of nonsense and wasting your valuable time . There are two guys there roman and Anthony . They have no clue on whats going on. They haven't even refunded me till today.
