We entered into a hire agreement with Plant Index for machinery needed on a critical project. Plant Index failed to deliver the trucks they repeatedly promised, and we later discovered that the excavator they arranged did not belong to them, and the actual machine owner confirmed he had not been paid .

Due to the non-delivery and serious concerns about their conduct, we cancelled the order. Plant Index then confirmed in writing that our refund would be paid within 5 working days. Today is day is weeks later — and we have received no refund.

Their communication has been poor, deadlines ignored, and funds remain unpaid for services never provided.

Warning to others: Use extreme caution when dealing with Plant Index. In our experience, they do not deliver as promised and do not refund within agreed timeframes.
