Refund Nightmare!

I hired a water tanker from Plant Index Unfortunately the delay from their side to send me another one as agreed resulted to me canceling the agreement. They agreed to refund me by the 14th of February 2023 instead I was sent a **** Proof of Payment. Plant Index owes me R55 775.00. After I confronted them about the **** POP they then paid me R10000.00 claiming is from their petty cash and they'll pay the difference within 48 hours. To date I have not received my refund but empty promises.
