Poor site support!

They should really do more on their turn around time for support. I hired a bulldozer from them and it has worked for a month thus far. Recently, i had a breakdown and it hasn't been attended to in 4 days and its beginning to affect production on site. My client is even threatening to terminate the contract, Plant Index keep making promises to fix the issue but no action.
