Poor Service, Refund takes forever

I hired a telehandler which was required in 2 days and requested documents to indicate the operator's medical certificate and load weight test of the machine, however I was asked to pay 1st so that they can obtain those documents. I paid the amount and they failed to deliver in two days until I asked my Client to postpone the work to another 2-3 days. Instead I was offered load test certificate that was expired and in that case I lost the project. Payment was made on the 13th March 2024 and agreed to refund since they failed to deliver on time as agreed, every week Anthony tells me that my refund will be next batch and to date I have not received any funds until I call Anthony.
