Poor service delivery

Dealing with this company is a nightmare. I ordered a crane for two days and they only managed to provide the service for one day, I had to source an alternative service provider to complete the job. I was promised a refund for the one day they did not work since mid October to date. All they do is to tell me a lie after lie, there is no professionalism at all when it comes to how they do business.
