Poor Service

I hired a dump truck with excavators for my project in Rustenburg. The excavator operator was very lazy and comes to work late even after accommodation was organised near the site to reduce down time. The guy was very arrogant also and when you take the matter up to their management to get him replaced they just ignore you and transfer the call around till you run out of airtime. Very poor service. Its costing me Alot as we are struggling to meet deadlines. POOR SERVICE.
