Plant Index - Terrible experience!

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. We ordered a machine from them paid upfront and they were then unable to assist on the day we required the machine. Trying to get our money out of them has been a joke - they hardly reply to emails and then they tell you they have done payment for the refund and email proofs through - however the money never reflects. It has been 3 months now. So much for their quote on their website: 'We provide a hassle-free hire experience with a can-do attitude that enables us to go the extra mile.' Shocking!
