Plant Index failure to refund me all my money

I hired a tractor and a plough on the 14th of February 2025 to come work at a farm on the 15th of February 2025. I paid of 11k. On the 15th, the tractor couldn't come because it was still busy somewhere else. I asked for a refund, however till today 04/03/2025 I have only been paid 6k. It seems like Plant Index is not prepared to pay me the rest of my money.
