Plant Index- Anthony Ramashala did not deliver as agreed and not battle to receive full repayment as he agreed

Hired a cherry picker, paid upfront and Anthony Ramashala who cancelled Friday as they was to busy. He reschedule for 23 October 2023 but called us the morning informing us the cherry picker is in for repairs. We could not wait as the client was not happy. We concluded Anthony will repay as Plant Index could not deliver. After a battle they only repaid 3 November 2023 R4879.50 and we still waiting for the balance of R7000. Plant Index is this the way you do business taking clients money and not paying back the total amount as you cannot deliver?
