Paid for Dozer i never received. No refund since 2023!!!!
since October2023 my refund is still not complete. I did one lumsum transaction but got refunded bits and pieces which to date im still owed R18490. I called until i dtopped plant index is nolonger interested in paying back the balance. My review was on 3rd November last year since then no feedback or payment.
I still want my money back. I still maintain this company is a fly by night and here to rip us off. They advertise machines they dont have.

We apologize you had troubles with order, we may have missed the mark but you were advised against cancellation as the machine would have been available that afternoon. However, you paid us R 60,490.00 and R 42,000.00 was reimbursed back to you leaving an amount of R 18,490 used for transport. Unfortunately, as stated on our terms and conditions, transport is non-refundable should permits be arranged. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to do better in the future. Once again, I’m sorry for your poor experience. Please get in touch again if you have further questions or concerns.

You are telling pure lies about everything you wrote here. How come i hear about this for the first time since October last year? when i wrote a review in November how come the transport fee was never talked about. Firstly I never was advised that machine was not available instead you kept lying changing date saying you need permit for this and that. Prove to me where you advised on that day that i cancelled. I booked machine on the 9th October paid same day immediate clearance. on the 10th you text to say you will let me know when permit is out. On same day you sent a photo to said insurance is out but not permit. On the 11th I followed up and asked for machine's location. You sent a bogus location that let me to hostel near Marikana in North West. I arrived no one knew you nor your company. I called you you changed story and said machine is inside the mine and because is after 4pm we cant be allowed in. You sent an apology Email that my client responded. You assured machine will be delivered that Friday latest Monday 16 October 2023, which did not happen. Monday 16 still no delivery that's when i asked for Refund as i saw this was fly by night. 19 October you started refunding me with bits and pieces. why then you never raised cancelation policy. please share the policy you taking about which i signed to show i am agreeing with that term. I am not aware of that clause. and it will not Fly. you are used to ****ming people. I want my money not stories please. I have screenshot evidence of everything i am taking about here. provide your evidence as well.
