Overall an easy process

Order arrived a day late, not really a big deal though. On finishing I emailed the recommended address to be told I’d emailed the wrong one. I then rang the recommended phone number to be told I’d rang the wrong number. Clear instruction would be helpful on the website. Other than that there’s been no problem.
